APEX LAPPET SPINDLE CENTERING DEVICE

Apex Precitech has developed " Apex Spindle Lappet Centering Device" (ASLCD) which is an attachment to our "Apex Ring Spindle Concentricity Setting Device" (ARSCSD). This is a further step in the exact centering of the lappet with the Spindle. By its very construction it is accurate, repeatable, time-saving and hence money-saving.

The assembly is inserted on to the Spindle as shown in Fig 3

Before the assembled device is inserted onto the spindle, the screws of the ring adaptor are loosened. When the assembly enters the ring the ring is automatically centered and the screws are tightened. Now to center the lappet, the screw of the lappet holder is loosened and the hole of the lappet hook is made to correspond with the tipped pin of the lappet centering device, as shown in the figure. Now the lappet screw is tightened. This ensures centering within 0.1 mm between the lappet and the spindle. It has to be noted that the stainless-steel pin can be lowered or pulled up as per need. (See Fig 4)

Advantages and benefits:

1. The Lappet is centered in less than 15 seconds which is a phenomenal achievement.

2.   This can be bought separately in cases where the Apex ring spindle concentricity setting device is already used. Otherwise can be ordered as a set.

3. Available in all ring sizes of 36, 38, 40, 42, etc., and also in all lappet sizes of 1.75, 2.5, 3.0, etc.

4. It is a long lasting device and the tip is made of stainless-steel to withstand wear.

அப்பக்ஸ் கருவியின் பல அளவுகள்

நூற்பு ஆலைகளுக்கு மிகவும் வசதியான இன்னொரு உபகரணத்தை அப்பக்ஸ் நிறுவனம் அறிமுகப் படுத்துகிறது.

நூற்புக் கதிர் (spindle) எக்காலத்திலும்  அதன்  ரிங்கு (ring) உடன் மையம் கொண்டு இருத்தல் இன்றியமையாதது ஆகும். நடப்பில் இந்த மையம் கொள்ளுதல் சரிவர கவனிக்கப் படுவது இல்லை. இதற்கு காரணம் , இதற்கான சரியான உபகரணங்கள் இல்லாததே. 

சரியான மையம் இல்லாததால் கெண்டையில் நூல் சரி விகிதமாக இல்லாமல் ஒரு புறம் தளர்வாகவும் மறுபுறம் இறுக்கமாகவும் சுற்றப் படும். டிராவலர் தேய்மானமும் அதிகம். 

மிக எளிய தட்டு முதல் அதிக செலவு பிடிக்கும் எலக்ட்ரானிக் உபகரணங்கள் இருந்தும் நூற்பாலைகள் இவ்விஷயத்தில் திருப்தி அடையவில்லை.

அப்பெக்ஸ் அளிக்கும் கருவி மிக எளியது ஆயினும் இவ்விஷயத்தில் நூற்பாளர்களின் அனைத்து எதிர்பார்ப்புகளையும் பூர்த்தி செய்வது. இதில் ஒற்றைத் தண்டு ஒன்று கதிரில் செருகப்படுகிறது. தண்டின் வெளி வட்டம் ரிங்கின் விட்டத்துக்கு சமமானது. மிகக் குறுகிய சந்துடன் ரிங்கை அது தானாகவே மையத்துக்குள் இழுத்து விடுகிறது. தொழிலாளர் ரிங்கின் ஸ்க்ரூக்களை தளர்த்திய உடன் ரிங்கும் , கதிரும் ஒன்றுக்கொன்று மையத்துக்குள் வந்து விடுகின்றன. உடனே அவர் ஸ்க்ரூக்களை இறுக்கி விடலாம்.  இதற்குப் பிடிக்கும் நேரம் வெறும் பத்து வினாடிகள் மட்டுமே. 

இதில் இன்னொரு விஷயம் அப்பக்ஸ் கருவியில் ரிங் டிராவலரை அகற்ற வேண்டியதில்லை. இதில் ஆலைக்கு பெருத்த சேமிப்பு உள்ளது. இந்த கருவியை ரிங் பிரேமை நிறுத்தித்தான் பார்க்க வேண்டுமாதலால் , இயந்திரம் வீணாக ஓடும் செலவு மிஞ்சும். மொத்தத்தில் இதன் சிறப்பு அம்சங்கள் வருமாறு

APEX  RING -SPINDLE  CONCENTRICITY  SETTING DEVICE

Apex Ring Spindle Centering Devices of many sizes

Apex Precitech is introducing the simplest possible device to set the maximum concentricity possible between the ring and spindle of a modern ring spinning frame.

The centering is made possible by use of a single sleeve inserted on the spindle.  The outer diameter of the centering sleeve corresponds to the ring diameter and engages with a close tolerance. Hence automatically the ring becomes concentric to the spindle.

It may be noted that the usual practice of centering with  a nylon disc takes about 2 minutes on an average per spindle. Its accuracy is also plus or minus 0.5 mm.

On the other hand, the most modern electronic centering measurement devices with digital readout takes  about five ten to  minutes  per spindle.  The practical accuracy achievable is plus or minus 0.1 mm.

Apex system achieves a concentricity  accuracy of plus or minus 0.1 mm in flat ten seconds per spindle and costs a fraction of an electronic device.  The ring traveller never needs removal while measuring and the centering can be done while the machine is in OFF condition. An additional leveling aid ensures correct centering while accounting for spindle play.
